The building of the planned kindergarten is located within the newly designed settlement, in the area of the city district Peščenica-Žitnjak / Zagreb. Given that there is no valuable greenery on the plot, a horticultural solution is foreseen. It will provide a newly designed park on the southwest side, as a public space and dotted greening of the plot itself, integrated into the newly designed building.

The kindergarten building is designed on 3 floors – the basement, ground floor and first floor. The ground floor is raised off the ground and is accessed by a ramp and stairs. The main entrance to the kindergarten is on the northwest side, with two positions.

The rectangular form of the building is divided by two atriums, which, in addition to light, contribute to the introverted atmosphere of the interior as well as the exterior.

The lamella in the northwest is intended for administration, while its southern (southeastern part), dilated with an atrium, is intended for the nursery. The space is flowing, with changing frames, with integrated greenery in both atriums, which visually dominate the interior.
