The task of the project was to design the central building of the so-called “Club House” for the complex within 31 urban villas and to give a preliminary proposal for its central content. The content within the project task is determined according to the investor’s wishes, and the main object includes a lounge bar, wellness facilities, gym and swimming pool. All buildings within the entire development were no more than two stories in height. From this projection, a building was created consisting of a mezzanine, a roof and an open roof with a swimming pool. In addition to the content and the given plot, the height of the single-story building with a continuous roof was specified.
