The project was designed to construct a traditional Mediterranean house that included an oil tasting room 50 sqm and an apartment measuring 100 square meters. The idea for a tasting space is located on the -1 floor and is partially underground to maximize sunlight. Special access is provided for the tasting room to be used independently from the rest of the building. The materials used were mainly stone, wood, metals and concrete – used extracted from the environment.
