The project brief was to build a classic, traditional Mediterranean house containing an oil tasting room and a 100 m2 apartment. The building is planned on an extensive olive grove of 10 hectares on the mainland of the island of Brac. The complex itself would have a swimming pool and several parking spaces. On the upper part, there is an open space with a living room and a kitchen, which is connected to the bedroom and the bathroom. All rooms thus have the possibility of access to the pool. In the lower part of the building, there is an oil tasting room with a shop. The tasting room is located on the -1 floor and is partially underground to have daylight. The tasting room has separate special access so that the whole can be used separately.
