The project was designed to create a traditional Mediterranean house, incorporating a 50 sqm oil tasting room and a 100 sqm apartment. The tasting room, positioned on the -1 floor and partially underground, is strategically designed to maximize natural light while maintaining a cool, authentic ambiance. A dedicated entrance ensures independent access, allowing the space to function separately from the main residence. The material palette—primarily stone, wood, metal, and concrete—was carefully selected and sourced from the surrounding environment, enhancing the building’s connection to its natural setting.
