In creating the concept, we aimed to create a type of modern housing with an innovative strategy of preserving the rhythms of existing urban fabric facades, resulting in a new type of housing with breathtaking views of one of the most beautiful parks, cathedrals, and other magnificent old buildings in the city.

Generally, residential and commercial buildings can be divided into 3 parts; an underground private garage (with 34 PGM and 25 storage rooms on 2 floors), a ground floor public floor (with a co-working bar and entrance lobby with reception) and 7 above-ground floors with 25 flats.
